Als u bij ons een fiets huurt, zijn wij helaas ook genoodzaakt om voor de verhuur een aantal voorwaarden te stellen:

Een ieder die gebruik maakt van onze fietsen is een huurder. Wij dragen zorg dat de fietsen in goede staat zijn alvorens deze verhuurd worden. Wij raden u echter aan om de huurfiets na te lopen op eventuele gebreken. Bij betaling zowel contant als elektronisch gaat u automatisch akkoord met onze voorwaarden en erkent u hier kennis van te hebben genomen.

De huurder van een fiets of ander materiaal dient goed voor het gehuurde te zorgen.

Bij pech tijdens de huurperiode is de huurder zelf verantwoordelijk voor de eventuele reparatie en de kosten daarvan. De verhuurder draagt daar geen verantwoordelijkheid over. Het is niet toegestaan om de huurfietsen te gebruiken op het strand. De gehuurde fiets is uitsluitend bestemd voor 1 persoon.

Schade of diefstal

De huurder is aansprakelijk voor beschadiging aan of verlies van de fiets(en) of onderdelen daarvan. Dat geldt eveneens voor de bijgeleverde accessoires zoals fietssleutels, sloten, helm etc. Indien de fiets gestolen of beschadigd is draagt u de sleutel, de beschadigde fiets en/of een politierapport over aan verhuurder. Bij schade of diefstal zal dit ten alle tijden worden verhaald op de huurder. Hetgeen wat in rekening wordt gebracht zal overeenkomen met de nieuwwaarde.
Schade of letsel aan derden kan niet worden verhaald op de verhuurder. De huurder zal een beroep moeten doen op zijn eigen WA-verzekering.

Borg

Huurder dient zich te legitimeren met een geldig ID. Hier maken wij ter plaatse een foto van die als borg dient. Bij het huren van een e-bike voor meerdere dagen bestaat de borg, naast kopie ID, uit een bedrag van € 50 per fiets. De borg krijg je na inleveren van de e-bike (in zelfde staat als moment waarop je deze huurde) in terug. De borg dient u contant te betalen.

Privacypolicy

Gedurende de huurperiode bewaren wij uw klantgegevens. Na de huurperiode bewaren wij de gegevens voor korte duur als dekking voor eventueel verborgen schades. De huurdergegevens zullen niet worden gebruikt voor het versturen van reclame of anderszins. De gegevens zullen nooit worden doorverkocht aan derden.

Speciale machtiging in afwijking van de privacypolicy

In geval van diefstal door klant (niet retourneren van het gehuurde zonder toelichting en niet meer te bereiken zijn) machtigt de huurder de verhuurder om, door middel van mobiele telefoon-gegevens, bankgegevens, accommodatie verhuurder, foto id-bewijs of andere bewijsstukken de woonplaats, adres en andere relevante gegevens op te vragen bij bank, mobiele telefoonmaatschappij of overheidsinstantie. Kosten die de verhuurder hierbij maakt komen additioneel voor rekening van de dief/klant. De klant verklaart middels deze verhuurovereenkomst akkoord te zijn met deze bepaling.

The renter of a bicycle or other equipment must take good care of the rented property.

In the event of a breakdown during the rental period, the tenant is responsible for any repairs and their costs. The landlord is not responsible for this. It is not allowed to use rental bicycles on the beach. The rented bicycle is only intended for 1 person.

Damage or theft

The renter is liable for damage to or loss of the bicycle(s) or parts thereof. This also applies to the supplied accessories such as bicycle keys, locks, helmet, etc. If the bicycle is stolen or damaged, you hand over the key, the damaged bicycle and/or a police report to the lessor. In the event of damage or theft, this will always be recovered from the tenant. What is charged will correspond to the new value.
Damage or injury to third parties cannot be recovered from the landlord. The tenant will have to rely on his own third party liability insurance.

Deposit

The tenant must identify himself with a valid ID. We will take a photo of this on site to serve as a deposit. When renting an e-bike for several days, the deposit, in addition to a copy of the ID, consists of an amount of €50 per bicycle. You will receive the deposit back after returning the e-bike (in the same condition as when you rented it). You must pay the deposit in cash.

Privacy policy

We store your customer data during the rental period. After the rental period, we store the data for a short period to cover any hidden damage. The tenant data will not be used for sending advertising or otherwise. The data will never be sold to third parties.

Special authorization in deviation from the privacy policy

In the event of theft by the customer (failure to return the rented property without explanation and can no longer be reached), the tenant authorizes the landlord to determine the place of residence by means of mobile telephone details, bank details, landlord accommodation, photo ID or other supporting documents. , address and other relevant information from your bank, mobile phone company or government agency. Additional costs incurred by the landlord will be borne by the thief/customer. The customer declares to agree with this provision through this rental agreement.
